I read a bad review of this place, but my experience was the opposite. They gave me a good price on my oil change and other work, did a fine job, let me know what else I would need, and returned my car to me in the amount of time they said. Good price, good service, timely repairs. I'll go back here.

Shop running $20 oil change. Sounds great right? Except that after I left realized that my car was gushing oil. Took car back up there and they said it was a bad O-ring on oil filter, which was fine prior to getting oil change. They clean up the mess of oil all over back of car and inside engine. Problem solved right?? Get back home and car is STILL LEAKING! Shop closed until Monday but scared to drive my car because I've got oil dripping out and oil all over the back of my car again. You would think a Shop could execute an oil change correctly, much less the second go around. Also seems like they were ore concerned to upsell me on things my car needs instead of focusing on the oil change. Terrible, terrible experience. Really hoping that my car doesn't blow up because of employees to lazy to do it right the first time.

If I could give lower star review I would. My Jeep quit running randomly and left me on the side of the road. I called “Jeep guys” thinking they would be well equipped to diagnose my problem and help fix my Jeep. I spoke with a guy named BJ over the phone and he said to have the jeep towed in. After paying a tow truck to deliver the jeep across town, his “shop foreman” came out and turned the key and it didn’t start. Then he opened the hood and looked at the sticker which revealed that the Jeep had a new motor installed and was not the original motor to the car. Then he proceeded to close the hood and say “we can’t work on it” after no more than 60 seconds of looking at the jeep. This entire process could have been avoided by telling me over the phone that they don’t do any maintenance that requires effort. Could have saved me time and money from towing my car across town and then back home by telling me over the phone they don’t do any diagnostics unless your car is in perfect condition. If my car was in perfect condition I wouldn’t need to take it to the shop. Terrible experience. Don’t waist your time.

I had my car towed there because I was having problems with it getting power and my engine light was on & EPC light was on. So they suggested I get a diagnostic so I did not knowing that it would cost me over 350 dollars so I paid it and took it to Firestone and asked them how much was there diagnostic and they said about 120 and I also called around and asked other garage and not one was over 150 not even the dealer. So I called and talked to the manager and she just gave me the run around about they had to do other test. So I showed my paper work to the shop manager and he said that auto trend just did a diagnostic and it shouldn't have cost that much. I feel it is sad in these hard times that yall would rip a customer off , no I didn't feel like family like you mission statement says. And I would like to talk with corporate office or the owner.

I work for a company that has over 10 vehicles that I bring to The Autotrends on a regular basis for their regular maintenance. I definitely recommend this place for service. If you like to build great relationships with people who work on your vehicles and also be in and out in a fast timely manner, this is the place for you and your vehicle. They keep you updated every step of the way, they welcome you with the most positive attitude and they are honest about any work that needs to be done. They have a nice and comfortable lounge area with coffee and water and a charging station if you have to wait.
