Greensboro Auto Repair

I was referred here by a close friend. I came to get a free second opinion after going to a well known car repair chain that tried to completely rip me off. My battery was bad and I was quoted $190 with tax for a new battery with a 5 year warranty and the labor included !!!!. I also got an oil change and new windshield wipers for $54 tax included. The waiting area feels like a lounge. It was very new and refreshing. It was near the end of the day and I was still greeted immediately with professionalism and overall kindness. The guy I believe his name was JB or John was a mechanic so it wasn’t just a front desk person who didn’t know what they were talking about. He was knowledgeable upfront and honest. He checked and changed my battery within like 20 minutes. The prices are the best I’ve seen in Greensboro and the service is great. I got a full diagnosis of my car for 109 and he texted me a link to a website that shows pictures of every part of my car that was checked with red green and yellow categories organized by severity of the issue. He didn’t try to push me to do more work than was necessary. And if all that wasn’t enough they left a “thank you for your business goodie bag” in the car. I am super satisfied. They’ve gained a customer for life.

I have been taking my car to AutoTrends for 9 years. The staff is always friendly, transparent and super helpful. They share information about your car all along the process of repair and often times give you choices for the issues in question. I highly recommend these folks!!!

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They gave me detailed information on what was wrong with my car and went above and beyond with giving options on how to fix it. The owner even texted me to let me know if I needed anything. Best auto repair experience I've ever had.

Both of our cars needed service at the same time. They provide shuttle service. The estimates are honest and accurate (no surprises). The communication was clear and consistent. The service from this place is amazing. And it is amazingly clean, like restaurant clean. The way they take care of their property itself makes us feel good about how they will take care of our cars. We HATE getting car repairs and service like most people probably but they make it an incredible experience and we won't go anywhere else. Thanks Autotrends.

This shop is friendly and competent. Gary is especially helpful. I trust their judgement, but sometimes the wait is a long one.

Clean shop

I am from Ohio and was in town visiting my daughter, car was overheating and they got me right in ,10 minutes later it was fixed just a minor problem with the fan not connected .They did not charge me at all ,amazing service and very honest .I would highly recommend them .
