You spoke with our GM, Jason Brown, who keeps me updated. He was expecting to hear from you on 8/26. We will gladly reimburse you for your inconvenience and stand behind our work. If you weren't provided weekend contact information please let me know. I'd like to offer you oil services for a year as a good will gesture. At no cost we will check over your vehicle when your wife returns or you may choose another service provider to inspect your vehicle. Again we are here and behind our service.
