These guys know what they're doing and are delightful about. My car had some engine troubles and instead of trying to tack on unnecessary fees they recommended alternative solutions and gave me the answers I was looking for. J.B. assisted me and I wish I saw more personalities like that in the world. I would come here again and I will recommend it to all of my buddies with Jeeps, or at least the ones I like.

Very personable! I have been experiencing loud squealing when I would break and after multiple “there is nothing wrong” from previous auto shops, it was auto trends that noticed how run down my breaks and rotors were! Only going to auto trends from here on out!

They employ murderers. They try to sell me thousands and thousands of dollars of "service" ever time I go. I have had my lexus checked by the dealer and they say that auto trends is lying and just trying to RIP me off. Also, if a large blond greets you when you go in run. I have heard rumors she is the boss's daughter and that has to be the only reason she works there. She is completely incompetent and EXTREMELY rude. My advise is to stay away as far as possible from this place. My mechanic at the lexus dealership said he briefly worked there and promptly quit because of the lack or morals these people have. He also mentioned that they dump their waist directly onto the ground!!!!!! Absolutely horrible. I went once and will never go back. Oh, and dont let me get started on what I was told was the owner. I asked to speak to him after the blond woman couldn't answer a simple question about what was going on with my vehicle. I waited 45 min to talk to him and when I did I couldn't believe his attitude!! I can definitely see where his "daughter" gets her dealings with people. He to couldn't give me a straight answer and literally just in the middle of a conversation, turned around and walked off as if I didn't exist. I would suspect that most of these reviews are coming from there own people or they are censoring their reviews. I bet this doesn't even show up. A little suspicious when EVERY review is 5 stars. I call complete bs. I am also old enough to remember the shop that used to be in that place. They have not been there as this business since 1978. Lies, lies, lies.

Pretty serious accusations ......... I would run from such a place too. However the statements made are not true. Appears this is not from someone who has ever visited our store. Assure you that no one walked off from a conversation. Not certain what created such a post yet assure everyone that we are here to make things right should something not be acceptable. Our business has been located at 419 and 431 Battleground Avenue since 1978. Plenty of records to substantiate any such concerns. Plenty of records for our handling of waste as well. We are appreciative of the five star reviews. We do make mistakes on occasion just like any business that has been in existence so long. We do make good on any mistakes. We do so as fast as possible. Please give us a try if you haven't. Thank everyone.
