Staff is easy to deal with, they: do what they say, don't over-sell you, and finish on time. They do quality work with quality parts, they don't cut corners, are easy to communicate with, and they don't nickel and dime you. Everyone's friendly, the place is easy to get to, they give you rides from/to the shop. If I owned a repair shop, this is how I'd want to run it.
