Their location is convenient to all of downtown Greensboro and they provide shuttle service to and from work. There are no surprises. They are upfront and honest about work that needs to be done and will even tell you if a repair can be postponed. We trust Autrends with all of our vehicles and wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else.

I was surprised that autotrends did not initially charge me to run a diagnostic test for my check in light, where as other places would have charged me for the test AND labor. They fixed what was wrong and I believe they charged me fair. I found my auto repair shop.

Anthony and his team are amazing. Auto repair is done efficiently. They provide great communication around estimates and costs. Great advice about when a repair is needed or not needed and full service support while your car is being serviced. They provided a ride to work and when my car wasn't done by 5pm because I requested additional work, they gave me a loaner car to drive home. My car looked great and drove well when I picked it up the next day! Thanks, AutoTrends!
