Although I gave a 3 for this visit, overall I'm happy with their service and will continue to go to Autotrends because I think they do very neat work usually in a timely manner. However, I gave a 3 for this visit because an inspection and oil change took them around 2 hours to complete. I also had scheduled an appointment with them for this work. Nevertheless, I think this was an exceptional situation and I'm sure my next visit will go quicker as it usually does.

fast and efficient state registration inspection

Just in for an oil change and tire rotation. It was finished in less than an hour. Courtesy and cleanliness of the facility was tops, as always.

Excellent service and staff, will definitely come back

Simple oil change and I had to wait one hour but they told me ahead of time. I made the most of it and had breakfast across the street. Cost of the oil change was very reasonable.
