It's amazing for us to have seen the same vehicle come into our shop sometimes for 30 years or longer; often it's still in the same family yet may have been passed around to a few different drivers along the way. I had to have a water pump installed but it turned out to be a few more things that the car needed. I really didn't feel like getting everything done at once due to Christmas being so close. I was offered to good of a deal to pass up so I got the work done and was grateful for it.

FYI... This is what I posted on Facebook: The guys at Autotrends diagnosed the issue as a problem with this model Town & Country that could be resolved with a retrofit kit for the serpentine belt. It took them less than 2 hours to get the part, install it, and change my oil. The test was taking it though the car wash again. Problem is solved. I have to say Autotrends is the best car maintenance facility I have ever used. (And I have used them for over 10 years.) They are friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient. They have a great space to set up and work if you need to with 5G internet service. The waiting area is always clean and warm. Plus, free coffee and snacks.
